Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Payroll Operations to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the global payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing for 40,000 employees across 60+ countries.

You will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including strategic leadership, payroll vendor management, compliance with local tax and labour regulations, and process improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization and support our mission of advancing innovative healthcare solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive operational excellence in our global payroll operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, human resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in payroll management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
