Job Overview

As a dedicated Compliance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's regulatory compliance across its European branches. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with strong analytical skills and industry awareness, who is proactive in staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on regulatory and compliance matters, acting as a primary contact for compliance-related queries and issues, and monitoring and escalating compliance breaches. They will also conduct horizon scanning, analyse the impact of regulatory changes, and support the development and implementation of the compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Acting as a key point of contact for compliance-related queries and issues
  • Monitoring and escalating compliance breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
  • Conducting regular horizon scanning and analysing the impact of regulatory changes
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the compliance framework
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven financial services experience
  • Strong analytical skills and industry awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the Investment Management industry and associated compliance requirements
  • Understanding of UCITS, AIFM, ESG/SFDR, and MiFID requirements
