About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Horticulture Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hard landscaping and excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and managing projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Paving & Hard Landscaping: Installing driveways and other surfaces to perfection.
  • Supervising & Working Hands-On: Managing the team while actively contributing to the work.
  • Quality & Efficiency: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
  • Onsite Coordination: Managing daily tasks, keeping projects moving, and liaising with team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of landscaping experience, particularly in hard landscaping.
  • A strong leadership mindset, capable of managing teams and projects effectively.
  • A full driving licence – including truck and trailer.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach – taking initiative when challenges arise.
