Job Title: Senior Community Nursing Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Community Nursing Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients and leading the management of nursing staff in the community setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register. You will also have proven management experience within the last 2 years, as well as teaching and assessing skills for nursing and HCA teams within the same timeframe.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in healthcare patient record systems and community management. If you have a passion for improving egress to optimise patient flow, safe discharges, problem-solving, education, and research, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Senior Community Nursing Leader, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse populations, promote collaboration within the multidisciplinary team, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
