Job Description

The Projects & Governance Team (PGT) plays a crucial role in providing project management governance for multiple initiatives.

This team works closely with senior leadership stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned initiatives, including scope definition, planning, tracking of milestones, and issue/risk management.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
  • Ensure the team provides a consistent, quality service to stakeholders.
  • Lead the team in identifying key risks, developing mitigation plans, assigning owners, and prioritizing issues with stakeholders.

Additionally, this role will involve creating a forum for resolving escalated issues with senior leaders, ensuring standardized reporting, and leading the team in identifying scope creep/change.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio and project management oversight, delivering multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience.
  • Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems.
