Marketing Campaign Associate

We are seeking a marketing professional to lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth.

About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns, as well as managing CRM programme data accuracy.

  • Campaign Planning: Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, utilizing tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a agency or in-house setting.
  • A competent understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, with experience using tools like HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various channels.
  • A basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • An organized and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to concisely summarize data.
