Job Title: Beauty Professional - Pop Up Store

Job Location: Dublin Area

Role Type: Part Time (Temporary – 9 Months)

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our new Pop Up Store in the Dublin area. As a Retail Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand.

The Individual: We are looking for passionate and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Our store offers a busy and fast-paced environment. To succeed, you will need to be a customer-focused professional with a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing key selling skills.
  • Confidently promote our brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Create and develop a bond with customers by providing exemplary service.
  • Drive appointments with a goal of bookings target.
  • Upskill retail assistant colleagues on artistry basics/skillset.
  • Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
  • Operate the payment system and handle financial transactions.
  • Support your Team Leader and team by complying with all store policies and procedures to keep the wider team and customers safe.

Qualifications:

  • Makeup Artistry experience (2-4 years).
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and products within.
  • Familiarity with the BPerfect brand.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
