Health Economics Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Global Health Economics team, supporting the development and commercialization of hematologic oncology assets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in health economics and outcomes research to drive strategic initiatives that enhance product value propositions and improve patient access.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global healthcare markets and regulatory environments. They will be responsible for developing and implementing health economic models, value dossiers, and HTA submissions that support business growth and market access.

This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop evidence-based insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Advanced graduate degree (Ph.D., MS, MD, PharmD, B. Pharm, or RN with master's) in a health economics-related subject area.
  • 7+ years of health economics or related experience with a PhD, or 9+ years with an MS.
  • Expertise in study design, health economic modeling, and COA development.
  • Experience engaging with regulatory authorities and HTA agencies is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oncology health economics experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with regulatory-grade RWE.
