Technical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Platform Engineering team in Galway, Ireland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tooling and processes to advance our technology platform to higher levels of scale and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that impact customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Work with data engineers to design and implement monitoring and logging solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and Bash.
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
