Dynamic Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

• Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Operate cash handling duties and maintain accurate records
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and team leadership
• An understanding of consumer needs and market trends
• Knowledge of employment, health & safety, HACCP, and consumer legislation

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that the store is always well-presented.

• Managing and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Implementing effective inventory management systems to minimize stock losses and maximize sales
• Ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely
