Full Time Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our store, ensuring that we deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving business objectives.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve high standards. You will have experience in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably within a retail environment, and be able to demonstrate operational knowledge of retail practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
* Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
* Manage stock levels, merchandise displays and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

* Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a retail environment
* Operational knowledge of retail practices and procedures
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
* Computer literate and proficient in using point of sale systems and other retail software
