We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our middle office operations. This role is responsible for administering collateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, and compliance testing.

">Job Summary

The Trust Account Manager II will oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships, support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing, solveplex problems through research and/or communications with clients, liaisons, and internal teams, guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
  • Support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing
  • Solveplex problems through research and/or communications with clients, liaisons, and internal teams
  • Guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
">About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, typically at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility.

You should have knowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust systems, understanding and direct work experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations,pliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting.

You must also have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external).
