Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly and monthly payroll runs accurately and within tight deadlines, reporting to the Head of Finance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employee payroll queries.
  • Generate timesheets from our rostering system in a timely manner.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel expenses, and BIK.
  • Reconcile payroll files weekly and monthly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ROS and pay legislation.
  • Experience in using payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills.
