About the Position

We are seeking an experienced electrical site foreman to oversee and manage direct labor workforce on site, ensuring high-quality work is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of direct labor workforce to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Health & safety management in conjunction with EHS Officer, including SPAs, records, and compliance.
  • Management of electrical installations and packages to drawings, specifications, and regulations.
  • Coordination of subcontractor works for progress, quality, and integration with the program.
  • Productivity monitoring of all workers under your remit to maintain output and standards.
  • Daily progress tracking against the project schedule and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Labour, materials, and site delivery management to maintain momentum.
  • Quality drive - snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Liaison with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
  • Testing, verification, and certification oversight before handover.
Requirements
  • Educated to Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification) level or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects, essential.
  • Proven experience managing a direct labor workforce on live construction sites.
  • Strong track record overseeing electrical installations.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve program and quality targets.
  • Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements.
  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality.
