Leadership Opportunity: Finance Manager Role

We're seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee revenue management and financial reporting processes for clinical trial projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, foster innovation, and lead high-performing teams.

  • Manage the revenue recognition process ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
  • Deliver audit documentation and ensure Sox compliance.
  • Ensure internal financial controls and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports and wider teams through effective leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. A CPA or similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management systems and tools, strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
