Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to support our investor relations initiatives and contribute to various finance activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide analytical support, prepare materials for leadership discussions and external communications, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting investment analysis, capital allocation, and M&A evaluation, as well as building financial models to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial analysis and corporate finance, with excellent communication skills and experience preparing board or investor materials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting investment analysis, capital allocation, and M&A evaluation
  • Assisting in the preparation of investor presentations, board materials, and results briefings
  • Building financial models to support strategic decision-making and commercial analysis
  • Monitoring market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
  • Producing materials to support leadership discussions and external communications

Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CFA) or finance professional
  • Background in corporate finance, transaction services, or strategic finance
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience preparing board or investor materials
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
