Senior Financial Executive

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Executive to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, strategy and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in overseeing transactional finance, strategic financial planning, performance analysis and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.
  • Presentation of high-impact financial insights and data-driven decision-making to senior leadership.
  • Owning the budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and business development.
  • Leading and managing the transactional finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensuring a high level of control and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with external tax advisors to ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analyzing revenue streams, cost structures and profitability to drive business growth and informed decision-making.
  • Partnering with multiple departments to support business cases, pricing strategies and investment decisions.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE and proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), MS Excel and financial modelling.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
