About our role
You will take responsibility for a key workstream in global transformation projects and oversee deliverables and milestones of the workstream.
We need you to prepare & host client workshops in order to detect the client's needs and the challenges that are tied to their planning and broader supply chain.
As a team member, you'll gather all necessary information while considering the bigger picture, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.
You will contribute to strategic supply chain-wide transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation.
We co-create and design the playbook together with the client, creating documents for the new way of working both on process and organizational level.
You will provide guidance during the implementation process ensuring it happens in a smooth and structured manner.
You will contribute to the implementation alongside the client in making the transformation real.
You're responsible for following up your workstream in the project in order to ensure client satisfaction.
You assume a coaching role and guide your customer towards their goals.
- Experience in supply chain & operations (4-8 years)
- At least 2 years in consulting or in project management
Your team's goal is to deliver transformation, drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.
