About the Role

As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for leading functional workstreams in global transformation projects. You will track deliverables and milestones while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

You will prepare client workshops to detect needs and challenges tied to planning and broader supply chain. Additionally, you will gather information while guaranteeing that all parties involved are informed and aligned.

Your primary objective is to contribute to strategic supply chain-wide transformation driving growth, reducing costs, and sparking innovation.

You will co-create and design playbooks with clients to create documents for new ways of working on process and organizational levels.

In addition, you will provide guidance during implementation ensuring smooth and structured processes.

You will work alongside clients making transformations real and take responsibility for follow-up of your workstream ensuring client satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will assume a coaching role guiding customers towards goals and help carry out improvements.

This position involves being part of a highly motivated team of hands-on supply chain professionals who value company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast, and be kind.

About You

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a master's degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is an asset.

Furthermore, you should have at least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations from which at least 2 years in consulting or project management.

Additionally, you must have experience with planning activities.

A team player with a goal to deliver transformation, drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation is required.

Moreover, you must get a kick out of delivering strategic insights to people and help them grow within their company.
