Supply Chain Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our global transformation projects, you will be responsible for leading functional workstreams and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client workshops to understand needs and challenges in planning and supply chain management.
- Manage information gathering and stakeholder alignment to drive strategic supply chain-wide transformation.
- Co-create and design playbooks with clients, creating documents for new ways of working on process and organizational levels.
- Provide guidance during implementation, ensuring smooth and structured progress.
- Contribute to the implementation process alongside clients, making transformations real.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in engineering or economics; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
- Experience with planning activities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
