Expert Supply Chain Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Planning Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and redesigning business processes to improve operational efficiency and lead transformation programs.
About the Role- You will work closely with clients to detect their needs and operating model changes in E2E planning ways of working and supply chain transformations.
- You will assume a coaching role, guiding project teams towards goals and training them on process design improvements.
- You will take full responsibility for a functional domain within a larger program, tracking deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.
- You will ensure integration of all processes and linkages to best practices, managing stakeholders' involvement and alignment.
- You will co-create playbooks with clients, documenting new ways of working at both process and organizational levels.
- You will provide structure and guidance during implementation, ensuring smooth and structured progress.
- You will take people responsibility as a team lead, coaching and growing colleagues in their career paths.
- You hold a master's degree in engineering or economics, with an MBA being a plus.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in consulting, with strong expertise in designing or redesigning business processes.
- You can shape and define project plans and structures, creating clear paths to intended visions.
- You are able to set methodologies and approaches, defining what needs to be done based on previous experience.
- You have problem-solving skills, with a razor-sharp analytical mind and hands-on approach.
- You are able to work in fast-paced international environments, quickly translating answers into tangible results.
- You are a strong communicator, both with teams and clients.
- You have a passion for working with people and get energy from coaching and growing less experienced colleagues.
- You are fluent in English and aligned with company values.
