Job Title:

Transformation Change Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting the organization's transformation to enterprise agile ways of working. Reporting to the Head of People Experience and OD, you will be working closely with stakeholders to develop frameworks and tools for people, organizational, and agile change.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving frameworks and toolkits for delivering organizational and agile change, supporting planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives, tracking and reporting on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, researching relevant topics to support the development of agile and continuous improvement solutions, building relationships across the organization to embed agile mindsets and practices, collaborating with stakeholders to promote a unified, collaborative culture, identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to support transformation, supporting and contributing to key projects and agile ceremonies, delivering engaging presentations and facilitating workshops and retrospectives, coaching teams and stakeholders to adopt agile values and behaviors, and embedding company values into team practices and support wider People team projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR or organizational change programs, particularly in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resilient team player.
