Transformative Opportunity in Risk Management

This is a key role for a skilled Program Manager to lead the transformation of Treasury and Trade Solutions Risk and Remediation.

About the Role:

This opportunity requires a high-level understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve business objectives. You will support the successful execution of multiple programs, ensuring the delivery of strategic projects at agreed timelines that are driven by business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Establishing and Managing Program Governance, aligned with global standards, and agreed upon by stakeholders.
  • Working with Stakeholders to ensure scope is clear and deliverables and timelines are well defined and agreed upon.
  • Developing and Maintaining a Detailed End-to-End Project Plan, defining execution tasks, timelines, and dependencies, of the project.
  • Monitoring Project Progress and Setting Deadlines.
  • Maintaining the Project Cadence.
  • Creating an Accurate Timeline of Project Execution, ensuring dependencies are understood and resolved, and tasks are completed as agreed.
  • Preparing Senior Management Reporting and Discussion Materials to provide transparency and drive timely decision making.
  • Identifying and Managing Risks and Issues.
  • Ensuring Optimal Communication within the Team and Outside the Team.

What We're Looking for:

  • Experience in Project Management positions, whether in IT or technical business areas.
  • A Financial Services background.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral, across all levels of the organization.
  • A resilient and results-oriented individual with the ability to influence positive outcomes and deliver best-class governance and controls.
  • Creativity, adaptability, drive, and decisiveness to ensure decisions are reached quickly, minimizing debate.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
