About the Role:
The Technical Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a gold standard experience for key stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored solutions to support user growth and optimization.
- Fostering long-term relationships that drive loyalty to Monograph products.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to identify and implement operational solutions.
- Leading user-facing meetings and creating content for long-term solutions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise-level client-facing work.
- Strong product sense and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead complex integration conversations.
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with process improvement, project management, and organizational skills is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, and ETL is also preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in the payments industry.
Benefits:
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €72,000 - €132,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. You will also receive equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
