Job Summary:

This role oversees the construction of a residential development, managing manpower and supervising works on site to ensure timely completion and high quality results.

  • Coordinate the daily requirements of multiple sites, including labour and material ordering.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct a team of staff and subcontractors across various sites.
  • Evaluate and oversee the work of sub-contractors and personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Determine site-specific plans and coordinate operations to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman or equivalent in a construction management role.
  • Proven IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite, including Project.
