Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.



Responsibilities
  • Serve guests promptly and courteously in accordance with food and drink service standards
  • Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to upsell
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the food and drink menu items to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering great customer experiences and a strong team player mentality. Previous bartending and waiting experience is preferred but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.


We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative and strive for excellence in everything they do.
