Job Title: AI Data Specialist

At our company, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AI Data Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and improving Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fast-paced environments, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple activities simultaneously and making decisions with judgment and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with data to ensure accuracy and quality of annotations.

• Develop and improve AI LLMs by providing high-quality annotations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

• High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.

• Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above.

• Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture).

• Communication & interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
