Job Description:

As an Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist with TN Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in meeting the insurance needs of our valued customers and guiding them through the claims process.

About the Role:

  1. Claimant Support: Offer comprehensive support and guidance to claimants throughout their claims journey, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.
  2. Caseload Management: Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.
  3. Technical Expertise: Analyse claim details to ensure adherence to policy conditions.
  4. Effective Claim Strategies: Utilise your technical expertise to devise and implement effective claim management strategies tailored to each case.
  5. Meticulous Documentation: Ensure meticulous documentation and information gathering during investigations.
  6. Claims Files Maintenance: Maintain accurate and updated claims files.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to negotiate successful claim outcomes.
  8. Cost Control: Focus on controlling claim costs while meeting customer and regulatory expectations.
  9. Provider Bordereaux Processing: Process provider bordereaux, including windscreen, car rental, and motor assessor invoices, where applicable.
  10. Authority Limits: Operate within predefined authority limits.

  6. No Prior Experience Required: While prior motor claims handling experience is advantageous, it is not essential as role-specific training will be provided.
