We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Handling: Assess and manage high-volume personal injury claims from initiation to final settlement, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
  • Caseload Management: Oversee and prioritize multiple claims simultaneously, effectively balancing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government departments, revenue authorities, actuarial experts, and medical panels.

What We Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling personal injury claims, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legislation and medical reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
