We're seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our Dublin office and support our rapidly expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career and become an integral part of our purpose-led organization.
As a Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing organisational and administrative support to our Claims team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data entry and supporting the wider Claims team
- Triage notifications, register claims with appropriate reserves, and assign files to handlers with first action protocols
- Engage with brokers/stakeholders and update reserves as agreed with the claims handler
- Undertake ongoing file administration, ensuring accurate codes for timely Central Bank returns and file closure administration
- Provide claims experience information to Underwriters for renewals and identify trends for risk mitigation
You will also be responsible for building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting on audit results, and recommending process improvements.
