As a Claims Handler, you will collaborate with a specialist team of claims handlers to ensure our policyholders receive best-in-class advice and outstanding customer service throughout. We are looking for a great communicator who is eager to start a career in Insurance and is willing to learn and grow with us.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that values flexibility and work-life balance. As a hybrid model employee, you will have the chance to work from our Elm Park office in Dublin 4 while enjoying the benefits of a flexible working schedule.

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding new claims, processing new claims, and providing a positive and reliable claims service. You will also have access to ongoing training to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking high volumes of inbound calls from customers regarding new claims.
  • Processing new claims, ensuring information is logged accurately and in full.
  • Providing a positive and reliable claims service to our customers.
  • Updating claims records with relevant documents and supporting the motor damage team.
  • Positively engaging in coaching and development conversations.
