Site Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with an expert recruitment agency and gain experience in supervising on-site works.

The Role
  • Assist the site manager in planning and coordinating installations, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Evaluate project delivery, focusing on budget and timeline optimization.
  • Prepare technical reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules to support successful project execution.
  • Oversee Health & Safety documentation and enforce safe work practices to minimize risks.
  • Liaise with design teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and respond to technical queries, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Conduct regular inspections of subcontractor work and chair technical meetings to address any concerns.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar site engineering role.
  • Be proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office, and relevant project software.
  • possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Hold a full EU/Irish driving license.
  • Have a strong understanding of engineering, construction, and design principles.
