Mission Driven Engineer Dublin

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled engineer to play a key role in advising customers and solving their complex problems related to database management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on database server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure services.
  • Solve complex technical challenges and be an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale.
  • Interface with product management and development teams to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database architecture and administration, data architecture and design, and performance tuning and benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real-time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in rapid learning of new technical skills.
