About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior fund administrator. You will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, and maintaining high-quality operating standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with alternative/private equity funds. Fluency in English is required, with any additional languages being a plus. Knowledge of E-Front private equity accounting software is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  • Maintain high-quality operating standards, procedures, and quality controls
  • Review deliverables of third parties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with external parties, including tax advisors, custodian banks, legal advisors, auditors, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Alternative/Private Equity funds
  • Fluency in English (written and oral), any other language as Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of E-Front private equity accounting software is required
