Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries to facilitate the setup process of new funds.
  • Handling fund accounts, preparing periodic reports, and regulatory reports for fund entities.
  • Calculating periodic Net Asset Value, year-end financial statements, managing audits, and reviewing fund-related reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of time spent dealing with client matters for correct invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Basic accounting knowledge for investment products, experience in closed-ended funds in real estate private equity or debt a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of securities commonly encountered in the fund industry, including equities, bonds, contracts for difference, options, and futures.
