Job Description

As a senior employment lawyer, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Employment practice in Dublin. You will have the opportunity to motivate and support your team, build on existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

  • Manage a high-performing team and identify cross-border opportunities to expand our global client base.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, training programs, and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team and firm-wide.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, undertake targeted marketing efforts, and influence key decision-makers at all levels.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment lawyer with Irish qualifications to join our team. As a senior member of the practice, you will play a critical role in shaping our Employment strategy and contributing to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a change-oriented individual with a positive approach towards implementing new initiatives. You will also have the ability to mentor, coach, and supervise less experienced members of the team where appropriate.

  • Proven track record of attracting new business and advising clients on complex employment law issues.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing cross-border opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
