Develop a Fundraising Strategy

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to develop and lead our fundraising strategy.

Key Objectives:

  • Implement a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with our values and needs.
  • Conduct a review of past fundraising efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new funding opportunities including individual giving, community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and legacy giving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor development, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in relation to vulnerable groups and trauma-related subject matter.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection in relation to donor management.
