About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Distribution Centre team as a Warehouse Operative. You'll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our warehouse, working in a temperature-controlled environment with three different temperatures: chill, ambient, and freezer.
You'll be primarily responsible for accurately picking and assembling products, maintaining and safely operating equipment, and promoting health and safety protocols. Contributing to a safe work environment is crucial, as is adhering to strict procedures for depot stacking, role cage, pick by line, and wrapping.
We're looking for someone with flexibility to work hours, including weekends, and a strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
