Job Overview:
The Dublin-based Financial Services team is seeking a qualified Irish solicitor with solid funds or investment management experience. The successful candidate will have 2–5 years' PQE and a strong background in company secretarial, legal, compliance, and investment management roles.
About the Role:
- Structuring and managing alternative investment funds across hedge, private equity, real estate, and closed-end strategies.
- Advising on UCITS and ETFs.
- Providing regulatory guidance to management companies, AIFMs, UCITS firms, MiFID entities, and investment managers.
