Overview

We are currently working with a leading real estate investment firm to hire an Investment Manager.


Responsibilities
  • Originate and evaluate real estate credit investment opportunities through active market engagement, relationship development, and in-depth financial analysis.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring counterparties meet obligations and financial covenants, and provide insights through regular trading and risk analysis.
  • Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and support the investment committee's decision-making process.
  • Lead transactions from end to end, including due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and execution.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative culture that values continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in investment analysis, structured credit, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background, ideally in finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Advanced financial modelling abilities and fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CAIA are advantageous.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong desire to grow and contribute within a high-performance environment.
