Responsibilities

  1. Manage a high-volume, fast-moving workload
  2. Take instructions from clients
  3. Draft motions and proceedings
  4. Service proceedings
  5. Instruct summons servers and tracing agents
  6. Brief counsel to include preparation of briefs
  7. Deal with incoming telephone calls from agents, solicitors and defendants
  8. Deal with incoming correspondence from agents, solicitors and defendants
  9. Liaise with clients over court outcome and next steps
  10. Liaise with court services
  11. Ensure safe and efficient handling of confidential data
  12. Contribute to departmental monthly target

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in asset and debt recovery
  2. Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively
  3. Strong skills in drafting legal proceedings
  4. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, and defendants
  5. Experience in briefing counsel and preparing briefs
  6. Proficiency in handling confidential data securely
