About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Accommodation Manager to join our team at Hodson Bay Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accommodation department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work closely with the Accommodation Manager to implement effective cleaning schedules, train staff on cleaning techniques and products, and maintain the overall appearance of the hotel. Additionally, you will handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our guests feel valued and satisfied throughout their stay.
