Fixed Income Trading Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Fixed Income Trading team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of risk management, strategy configuration and implementation, and primary market trading.

The successful candidate will work closely with operations, compliance, brokers, and custodians to mitigate risk and generate revenue for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-performance algorithmic trading strategies deployed on electronic trading venues and RFQ trading platforms worldwide.
  • Bond experience is essential; knowledge and experience in pricing, settling, and clearing fixed income securities are required.
  • A working knowledge of ETFs is beneficial.
  • The ability to communicate complex information confidently and effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders is crucial.
Requirements

We welcome candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a trading support role or a comparable position at a financial institution. A strong academic background in quantitative fields such as computer science, mathematics, sciences, economics, or related disciplines is preferred.
