Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Programme Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and supplier accounts, providing commercial guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client payment cycles and optimize income, margin, and cash flow positions
  • Ensure accurate reporting of liabilities and assess sub-contractors' applications
  • Contribute to commercial management plans and provide clear interpretation of contract conditions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a graduate entry degree, strong multi-discipline experience, and knowledge of construction industry standard forms of contract and commercial terms.

Desirable Skills:
  • Professional qualification with Quantity Surveying related organization
  • Up-to-date Continuing Professional Development records
  • Ability to deliver training to commercial audiences relating to contracts and commercial activities
