Women's Health Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide medical care and support to patients in the gynaecology department. The Women's Health Specialist will work closely with senior clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to research and education activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations and examinations for patients presenting with gynaecological issues, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Perform surgeries and procedures under the supervision of senior clinicians, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, addressing complex cases and providing support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a medical doctor with the relevant governing body.
  • Completion of specialist training in gynaecology or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
