About the Role
The Programme Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of educational programmes, providing exceptional support to students and staff.
This involves developing timetables, supporting faculty, organising workshops, tutorials and assessments, and being a central point of contact for students, tutors and staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong interest in supporting learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programme timetables
- Support faculty in delivering educational programmes
- Organise workshops, tutorials and assessments
- Provide administrative support to students and staff
- Maintain accurate student records
- Coordinate the distribution of student assignments and examination papers
- Produce letters and results transcripts
Required Profile:
- Educated to degree level or above
- Experience in an education/education administration role
- Effective team working and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
