Accounts Payable Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to manage our financial transactions. This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can ensure all purchases are authorized and recorded accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, including PO matched and receipted on the system.
  • Process purchase invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in invoice pricing, maintaining a high level of numerical accuracy.
  • Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger, performing monthly creditor account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audits, providing detailed records and explanations.
  • Respond to supplier, trading, and store queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and process payment runs for group entities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts payable roles.
  • ERP experience preferred, with solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • High level of numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
