Early Years Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Support Worker. This role will provide support to our early years staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of early years programs;
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives;
- Provide guidance and support to young children, promoting their independence and self-confidence;
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education & Care;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues;
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends;
- Basic understanding of Irish language and culture, or willingness to learn;
