Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production management of systems utilized by Front Office, Operations, and Client teams.
  • Oversight for the PGIM Fixed Income technology batch environment.
  • Full ownership and accountability for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform, including complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
  • Rotating on-call availability for failure escalations, including evenings and weekends.
  • Participation in incident and problem management processes, with accountability for resolution, root cause analysis, and technology/business reporting as well as communication.
  • Ensure the reliability and resiliency of the production environment following established incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Navigate internal relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Broaden relationships within the technology organization to manage the team's agenda with critical technology partners.
  • Interface with external vendors and their technical support/development organizations, focusing on issue resolution and strategic enhancements.
