Job Opportunity: Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial strategist to drive business growth and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record in financial leadership, business partnering, and strategic financial management.

  • Act as the strategic financial partner to designated Country Heads, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
  • Lead country-level budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the group's chart of accounts and reporting requirements.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly reporting packs, KPIs, and board-level presentations.
  • Produce detailed variance, revenue, profitability, and cost analyses, providing insightful commentary to guide decision making.
  • Support in-country and group-wide strategic projects, collaborating with commercial, sales operations, and onboarding teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and priorities.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of reporting, systems, and processes.

As a self-starter who can operate with autonomy, think commercially, and proactively solve problems before they arise, you will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Exceptional communication skills and advanced proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this role.
